“Your condo was perfectly situated and the parking pass was a real bonus. Being able to know you had a secure place to park and that it was close to everything in Vail was really wonderful. Your condo is beautiful and we spent all of our nights around the fireplace listening to music, playing games or watching television. The bedrooms were comfortable and all of the amenities in the unit made our stay a fantastic one. The layout of the unit is also excellent, with the ability to come in without needing a key and having a garage so the car was always warm when we got in and not snow covered was great. The kitchen and dining areas are very large and made it easy for the four of us to move about without tripping over each other. Overall, we would highly recommend your condo to others as it is 1- beautiful, 2- very comfortable from a live-in and homey perspective, 3- large enough that no one is cramped, 4- has an ideal location next to Ford Park and near the village of Vail, 5- includes that wonderfully useful parking space in Golden Peak Lodge, 6- is very quiet, 7- has all the amenities of being at your own house, 8- you provided a ton of information before arrival about the condo and the Vail area that was very useful and helpful, and also had a lot of information in the unit upon arrival that helped us better plan our activities, and 9- you were one of the most accommodating people with whom we have ever rented from. All in all we had a fantastic time and we are most appreciative of all the help you gave us and in sharing your condo with us. “We absolutely loved this feature (base lodge parking). What a treat and so convenient. Especially having a child at Gold Peak and not having to pay for boot or ski storage, etc. Every detail was thought about. We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and we weren't missing a thing. You even thought about nightlights! We were pleased to find sleds in the garage as well. The parking garage was so convenient and truly had us spoiled. You could definitely tell the unit was used by the owners, or at least it seemed to be since so many small details were thought out. When we first walked in you felt you were in a home - not a rental unit. little things made you comfortable - from the soft towels to the soft toilet paper! The parking pass was a great addition and made the day an easier start knowing that you didn't have to fight for parking. It was extremely comfortable with all the little things that made life easier. The living room seating arrangement made it extremely comfortable to stretch out and relax after a long day of skiing. And the parking pass took the stress out of getting to the slopes - knowing that your dry, covered parking spot was waiting for you. “We greatly appreciated the thoughtful and thorough way the unit was stocked, especially having the spices and condiments, eliminating multiple grocery store runs and expense for one-time use. We’ve been making summer and fall visits to Vail for nearly 20 years and are sorry we did not find you sooner. Yours is the most thoughtfully appointed unit we’ve ever had. Rarely do I feel the owners have actually used their rentals, but yours felt like home instantly. Looking forward to another visit. Walking/hiking paths to Vail and East Vail one of the community’s most enjoyable features that other CO resorts don’t seem to have—love Vail’s and one of the biggest reasons we keep returning to Vail. You had plenty of towels and linens, and so many supplies provided. We toured Vail Village by bus, foot and our bikes during our stay. “All was great. Efficiently run, convenient, neat, clean, etc… Everything one wants and expects from a holiday accommodation. Condo was great. Exactly as advertised which is always a relief when renting off the internet. Very convenient location. The access to Passport Parking is a huge plus especially during busy parts of the year. We were there during spring break and it was busy. This parking space is super convenient and saves you $20 a day. No complaints whatsoever. “Thanks for a great Vail experience at your beautiful townhome. We were pleasantly surprised at the beauty, size, and finish of your home. It was just great. Everything we needed and more was there. I love the views from all the windows (the bay windows really open things up to lots of light and beauty). The view from the room with the twin beds was absolutely awesome as one could see miles and miles of gorgeous autumn colors as we looked to the east and up the mountains. The patio and grill were great, as well, and we spent much time—morning and evening—out there. The fact that the weather was perfect added to the experience—perfectly clear skies all three days—low temperature at night around 30 degrees, and highs in the afternoon around 70—WOW! Anyway, thanks. The price was very reasonable for such a nice accommodation, and your professionalism from start to finish in the reservation and information process was as good as one could hope. It was stocked with assorted niceties and was a great location for us considering we were driving back and forth dropping off the baby at day-care. The washing machine in the condo is a luxury considering our apartment has the w/Dryer in the basement and we are on the 15th floor. The garage was also a big help. “We had a fantastic time in Vail. Your condo was just perfect for us. The location is the best. We put on a lot of mileage taking in the various sights, but enjoyed Vail the most. The Village is quaint and European… we went to Silverthorne (and spent a lot of money at the Outlet Stores). None of the other places compare to Vail in our opinion. One thing you can tell you visitors is that on Friday evening from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. the gondola rides are free. We rode it several times. What a fantastic view. What a super sunset. “We have rented many ‘vacation condos’ over the years throughout Colorado, Utah, California, Florida and South Carolina to name a few. I must say that yours was among the best if not the best among those we have used. The one characteristic that really sets your unit apart from the others is the incidentals such as laundry detergent, dish washing soap, coffee filters, mustard, sugar etc. that we did not have to buy. That may not seem like much but we always hate having to buy that stuff just to see it thrown away when we consume a small portion during a week stay or realizing that halfway through dinner preparation that we don’t have any seasoning…it felt as close to home as possible. One other characteristic of this ‘experience’ we enjoyed was dealing directly with you and not some ‘rental agency’. You promptly answered questions and made us feel at home and we did not feel like ‘just some renter’ which we do at most other places. Also, the ‘value’ for what we received seemed fair… we had to pry them (3 kids) off the mountain everyday and they asked, “when are we going back?” That reaction and the time spent together as a family doing something fun is priceless I’ll access your ‘cabo4vacation’ web site as a reference for a sunny warm vacation destination.
